Soil : On the slopes with south-east exposure on the left bank of the Serein river, clay-limestone subsoil (Kimmeridgian)
Vinification: Controlled alcoholic fermentation, Aging on lees in thermoregulated tanks for 15-18 months, fining and filtration.
Tasting notes : light yellow color with green reflections, very floral and vegetal nose. The mouth is lively and powerful with aromas of white fruits (pear, peach)
Accompaniment : This wine is very well suited to a
poultry in sauce and oysters au gratin.
Storage advice : between 4 and 7 years.
