Grand Puy Ducasse is divided into three parts: a neighboring part with the vines of Mouton-Rothschild and Lafite-Rothschild, another part is located at the very place of Grand Puy from which it takes its name and finally another part on the plateau from St Lambert along the Gironde estuary.
This Château extends over an area of 40 hectares made up of siliceous-gravelly soil and subsoil and Garonne gravel, the vines of which have an average age of 25 years.
