James Suckling: Beautiful nose of blueberries and minerals with hints of flowers. Full body, with a lovely core of fruit and a silky finish. From the owner of Leoville Poyferre. Try after 2018.
Neam Martin: A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot, this has a very ripe, somehow rather airy notes that seems to float along the ether. Mouth-coating tannins, very ripe and rounded, quite opulent with a touch of spice, dark vibrant black fruits interwoven with black plum and cassis, leading to a well-defined, peppery finish. Very fine.
