Description:

Benoît Munier Les Avats du Levant 2017 is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne from a single parcel located in Avize, facing east. A pure expression of the chalky terroir of the Côte des Blancs, it combines tension, precision, and roundness. Complete malolactic fermentation and long aging on the lees provide balance and depth. No dosage creates a mineral and transparent profile, a symbol of the Maison's craftsmanship.


Tasting Notes:

Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, very fine bubbles.

Nose: White flowers, citrus, chalk, and fresh almond.

Palate: Vertical, pure and saline, with a long, vibrant finish that enhances the minerality of the Avize terroir.
