商品描述

莊主 Fabien 出於對葡萄酒的熱愛和機會使然，他得以購入Beaujolais 的7 公頃葡萄園（主要位於Moulin-a-Vent 和Fleurie），園內幾乎都是超過65 年的老樹，有的甚至已超過140 年藤齡。從酒莊名字Domaine Jules Desjourneys 就不難看出，Fabien 是生物動力法大師Jules Chauvet 的忠實信徒，他精心打理著葡萄園的每個細節， 經過生物動力法種植與管理，純人工作業，產量極低（紅酒最低可達11hL/ha）， 表達獨特的風土特色。

2014年，Fabien 的夢想得到進一步的延續。開始在布根地的 Côte Macconais 雄心勃勃地釀造白酒，酒莊的白葡萄園主要分佈於 Macon-Verzé, St-Veran, Pouilly-Loché, Pouilly -Vinzelles 和 Pouilly-Fuissé。布根地酒評人 William Kelley 盛讚其白酒品質與 Arnaud Ente 相當。
