Burgundy Report: A brighter and very energetic nose. Nice airy shape in the mouth, still concentrated in the middle. Layered, quite sweet finishing again, long too.

Grape variety : 100 % Chardonnay
Soil: On the slopes with south-south-east exposure on the left bank of the Serein, clay-limestone subsoil (Kimmeridgian), sub-climate from Vaillons
Vinification : Plot selection from our 1er Cru Vaillons. Controlled alcoholic fermentation. Aged on the lees in thermo-regulated tanks and in oak barrels for 18 months, fining and filtration.
Tasting notes: golden yellow color, fine nose with citrus and light vanilla notes. The mouth is silky and elegant with delicate aromas of white fruits (peach, nectarine) and some notes of honey.
To be served with: This wine goes very well with fish cooked in sauce or even lobster.
Storage advice : between 4 and 7 years.
Service: between 12-14° C
