Grape variety : 100 % Chardonnay
Soil: On the slopes with a southern exposure on the right bank of the Serein in the continuity of the Grands Crus, clay-limestone subsoil (Kimmeridgian)
Vinification: Controlled alcoholic fermentation, maturation on lees in thermoregulated tanks and in oak barrels for 15-18 months, fining and filtration.
Tasting notes : light yellow color, the nose offers us mixed notes of flowers and white fruits (lime and peach). The mouth is structured and lively with a nice minerality.
To be served with: This wine is a perfect accompaniment to white meats with sauces, as well as slightly spicy sauces and blue-veined cheeses.
Storage advice : between 4 and 7 years.
Service: between 12-14° C
