Burghound: This is aromatically similar to the Quatrain but with more floral elements on display. The succulent velvety and expansive medium weight flavors also coat the palate with sappy dry extract that helps to buffer the slightly firmer tannic spine shaping the more powerful dusty and youthfully austere finale. This offers very fine quality for its level and is one to look for.
Jasper Morris: Black fruit with a purple rim. There is definition and tension here perhaps not quite so openly enjoyable as Quatrain. Possibly not quite the same purity but there is significant intensity of dark fruit. This is a more muscular version.
