Description

I hope this special cuvee with its fresh fruit aromas, made with passion at Château des Songes on Bordeaux’s right bank, will take your breath away as much as it does to mine.” Bong Grelat

3.5 hectares of Merlot planted on sandy iron-rich clay (‘crasse de fer’ in Bordeaux), hand sorted at harvest and transported to the cellar in small crates. After a low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes an 1-year-old French barrel ageing for 15 months.
