Matured entirely in oak (20% new from François Frères), with a well-defined bouquet with yellow plum, honeysuckle, quince and light vanilla pod aromas that gather momentum in the glass. Very well balanced with dried honey, peach skin and white pepper, good tension and finish.

Domaine Michel was stablished and has been cultivating vines in Cray since at least 1850. Following Marcel MICHEL, René MICHEL decided in 1970 to practice bottling, anxious to make the most of the potential and qualities of this unique terroir. Today, Denis, Franck and Vincent MICHEL cultivate with strength and conviction the taste for tradition and the demand for quality, transmitted by René MICHEL, their father and grandfather.
