This Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne is produced in Mesnil sur Oger, in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the preferred land of the Chardonnay grape variety. Its very low liquor content. The dosage actually makes it a champagne "Extra Brut". This approach allows the wine to express more freely the finesse of its aromas as well as the identity of the terroir.
