Description

Brilliant gold-yellowrobe. Softly sparkling made by fine bubbles with a long lasting crown. Roundnose with pastry and dried fruit notes. The mineral aspect provided by theTerroir is revealed. Attractive, fresh and butter notes in the mouth. Honeyaromas at first, then dried fruit aromas. The finish pointed on mineral aromasfrom our Terroir (flinty taste). Harmonious and gourmet wine with a highbalance.

Thanks to a long ageing on lees in our cellars, this cuvee produced with the harvests 2019. 2018, 2017 is very round. This cuvée has an aromatic nose, a gourmet mouth and a fresh finish.
