商品描述

The effervescence is sustained with many trains of fine bubbles. The foam bead is persistent. This Champagne with a pale yellow color with golden highlights has a very gourmet first nose, with aromas of yellow fruits such as quince. It then evolves towards a great freshness characterized by light notes of grapefruit. The base notes are more typical of dried flowers, such as honeysuckle. The mouth is characterized by a beautiful liveliness with aromas of white flowers tending towards tangy notes. We can find a beautiful length perfectly complemented by the dried flower mentioned previously.

Champagne Mangin＆Fils 的歷史可以追溯到20世紀上半葉。當時，Gabriel and Fernande 在他們靠近 Leuvrigny 的 “LeChêne La Reine” 小村莊的咖啡館出售他們所釀製的葡萄酒。後來，香檳開始在國內外獲得高度的認可，葡萄園的工作因而大大增加，而且所種植和收割的葡萄的質量得到當地的高度認可，多個著名的香檳酒莊也向他們採購葡萄，當中更包括大名鼎鼎的 KRUG !!! 後來，由們所釀製的香檳大受歡迎，他們的孩子 René 和 Andrée（第二代）停止了他們在咖啡館的工作和葡萄酒釀製的工作，從而全面轉向釀製香檳的事業，從此，Champagne Mangin-Bertrand 便誕生了！ Bernard 和 Françoise（第三代）在20世紀 80年代進一步把酒莊進行商業化改造，並將其命名為 Champagne Mangin & Fils。每一代葡萄園，香檳的釀造過程和他們的聲譽都得到了更大的提詉。今天，這精品家族企業 Mangin＆Fils 由 Cédric Mangin（第四代）經營，共有4名全職員工。
