酒莊位於一塊3公頃的單一地塊上,種植著芳香的 Malvasiadi Candia 品種。此品種原產於希臘,在艾米利亞地區廣泛種植。葡萄園位於中等海拔的東南向山坡上,地形微微通風,溫度較高,土壤為中性粘土,非常適合種植該品種,也適合釀造白葡萄酒和進行乾燥。
