商品描述

酒莊位於一塊3公頃的單一地塊上，種植著芳香的 Malvasiadi Candia 品種。此品種原產於希臘，在艾米利亞地區廣泛種植。葡萄園位於中等海拔的東南向山坡上，地形微微通風，溫度較高，土壤為中性粘土，非常適合種植該品種，也適合釀造白葡萄酒和進行乾燥。

葡萄品種：100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica。採摘的葡萄在冷藏室冷藏12小時，然後輕柔壓榨。在鋼製筒倉中以控溫（16°C）發酵。

酒精濃度：12.5% VOL

適飲溫度：10-12°C

酒體特徵：稻草黃色，略帶綠色光澤。清新芬芳。濃鬱的芬芳，令人聯想到葡萄柚等柑橘類水果，並伴有淡淡的花香，這是該葡萄品種的典型特徵。果香濃鬱，礦物質氣息縈繞口中，口感醇厚、平衡，餘韻悠長。
