Introducing our new exceptional Merlot red wine. By carefully reducing yields, we'vemaximized concentration and maturity in the vineyard. The wine undergoes extendedfermentation on the mash to fully extract colour, tannins, and aromatic compounds from thegrape skins. It is then aged for 22 months in 225-litre French oak barrels. In the glass, it displaysa deep, dark hue. The nose offers a rich bouquet of licorice and tobacco, complemented byfruity notes of blackcurrant, plum, and cherry. On the palate, this red wine captivates with aharmonious blend of intense fruit flavours and elegant tannins.
