Blend: Trebbiano, Malvasia, Sangiovese
Vinification : Classic off-the-skin fermentation until approximately 12 grams of residual sugar are reached. Bottling and continued fermentation in the bottle follow. This second step allows the trapped CO2 to create a pleasant effervescence.
Tasting Notes:
To the eye it presents a pale, hazy pink colour, typical of refermentation in the bottle, with a fine, lively perlage.
On the nose it releases fragrant and immediate aromas: white flowers and wild rose, hints of crunchy red fruit such as wild strawberry and pomegranate, followed by citrus notes and a light herbaceous nuance.
On the palate, it's fresh and lively: the entry is juicy and fruity. The finish is savory and slightly bitter, a testament to the rustic, authentic character of the grape variety and the natural winemaking process.
A convivial and gastronomic wine, inviting sips and pairing perfectly with summer dishes, light cured meats, fresh cheeses, or seafood crudités.
