Grown on approximately 7 hectares located in the middle of the hillside; the average age of the vines is around 50 years. Aged exclusively in stainless steel vats (fermentation under controlled temperature) for approximately twelve months, and bottled on the eve of the next harvest.

Domaine Michel was stablished and has been cultivating vines in Cray since at least 1850. Following Marcel MICHEL, René MICHEL decided in 1970 to practice bottling, anxious to make the most of the potential and qualities of this unique terroir. Today, Denis, Franck and Vincent MICHEL cultivate with strength and conviction the taste for tradition and the demand for quality, transmitted by René MICHEL, their father and grandfather.
