Burghound 93/100

There is still a discernible touch of wood setting off the spicy, very ripe, intensely earthy aromas of ripe plum aromas that are dispalying relatively limited secondary influence. There is excellent size and weight to the muscular, big-bodied and rich flavors that deliver excellent length on the complex finish where the only nit is a touch of warmth. For my taste this has largely arrived at its peak though it should be capable of holding for several more decades. (Drink starting 2022)
