Vinous: An exotic, beguiling beauty, the 2011 Chambertin graces the palate with an exotic melange of graphite, blood orange, violets, minerals, rose petals and plums. The 2011 isn't quite as rich as the 2010 or the 2012, but in exchange it will drink well earlier than either of those wines. The inclusion of 30% whole clusters adds gorgeous aromatic lift and presence. The voluptuous, textured finish is impossible to resist. Today, the Chambertin is magnificent. (AG)
