Description

Domaine de Faverand is a small vineyard located in Mazan, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Recently acquired by a former agent of Domaine des Tours and Château Rayas, the estate covers 5 hectares of vines planted in sandy-clay-limestone soils, offering a light, well-drained texture that gives the wines remarkable finesse. To preserve and enrich this environment, part of the vineyard has been replaced by an agroforestry project , thus promoting biodiversity and soil balance.

Domaine de Faverand 位於法國隆河谷地南段、Mont Ventoux 山腳下的 Mazan 村，是一座僅 5 公頃的小型酒莊。現任莊主曾任 Château Rayas 和 Domaine des Tours 的代理人，接手後重新注入自然派靈魂。葡萄園坐落於沙質黏土與石灰岩交織的地塊上，擁有良好的排水性與輕盈土質，使葡萄酒展現出優雅、細膩且富有礦物感的風格。

酒莊秉持對生態的尊重，部分園區實施農林混作（agroforesterie）計畫，以提升生物多樣性與土壤健康，展現出對自然環境的高度敏感與保護。雖然目前僅進入第二個釀造年份，Domaine de Faverand 已展現出鮮明的風格與潛力。全程採自然釀造方式，使用原生酵母，不添加任何人工添加物，並透過輕柔汲汁控制萃取力道，使酒體濃縮卻依然保持平衡與細緻。

目前酒莊推出兩款核心酒款：「Réserve」為 Grenache 與 Carignan 老藤混釀，產量極低但果味集中，來自沙質土壤的清新與礦物感支撐起濃郁的酒體，展現出結構與優雅兼具的魅力；「Carinena」則是一款珍稀的 100% 百年老藤 Carignan，來自深埋於沙土的老藤果實，風味濃郁卻純淨，特別加入少量白卡利濃（Carignan Blanc），增添酸度與香氣的明亮度，風格鮮明且充滿個性。

Domaine de Faverand 透過低產量與無修飾的釀造哲學，忠實傳遞風土與品種本質，打造出一款款性感、細緻又令人著迷的 Ventoux 新典範，是自然派與南法風格融合的出色代表。
