Description

Reserve du Domaine is a refined cuvée dominated by Grenache (90%) and enhanced by Carignan (10%). This 2022 vintage offers beautiful aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and licorice. On the palate, the roundness of the Grenache harmonizes with the structure of the Carignan. A perfect wine to accompany meats in sauce or a strong cheese, such as a Saint-Nectaire.


Domaine de Faverand is a small vineyard located in Mazan, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Recently acquired by a former agent of Domaine des Tours and Château Rayas, the estate covers 5 hectares of vines planted in sandy-clay-limestone soils, offering a light, well-drained texture that gives the wines remarkable finesse. To preserve and enrich this environment, part of the vineyard has been replaced by an agroforestry project , thus promoting biodiversity and soil balance.
