Description

A complex white wine made from the traditional Auxerrois variety grown in our single vineyardRuppertsberg Linsenbusch. Through consistent yield reduction and selection, as well as fermentationand ageing in 600l oak casks, this wine unfolds not only in the nose, but especially on the palate, abrilliant play of strong grape variety aromas, such as ripe quince and pear, as well as well-dosed advancesof walnut and caramel. The special style of this wine makes it an excellent accompaniment to food,such as aromatic main courses with strong Gorgonzola or baked salmon. This white wine is sealed witha high-quality natural cork, which allows it to mature in the bottle for a long time.
