Description
Wine from delimited vines, the 3 oldest ones from the winery (Pierrotte, Marie Mulotte and Neuville). 100% Meunier only for this cuvée from a single harvest with entire vinification in a big barrel from Burgundy (oak). Magnificient color with pinky tints and a very aromatic nose open on notes of gentian as well as some light pepper notes. Lively on the palate with very fine bubbles and some menthol notes. Round body with aromas of dry fruits.

Champagne for aperitif and meal (white meats, sweetbread)
